Experience a deeply restorative hour that blends mindful movement with meditative stillness. The session begins with gentle, elongating stretches on the Pilates reformer, designed to release tension, increase flexibility, and reconnect you with your breath.

Stretch & Sound
Using the reformer’s resistance and support, your body will be guided through slow, purposeful movements that open the hips, spine, and shoulders.

The second half of the session transitions into a serene sound bath, where you’ll rest in stillness as healing tones from crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments wash over you. This immersive sonic experience calms the nervous system, encourages deep relaxation, and leaves you feeling centered, open, and renewed.
